# Searching/filter only a particular column

**I remember back in the older versions i was able to have a drop down box with my 'filter tab' (F3)
which i can select which column I want to search.**
But now i got version 2.46a and i cant quite figure it out.
When I search it searches ALL columns.
**How can i filter by just one column?**
