# security warning, unknown publisher

When I press F4 in mp3tag to play an mp3 with winamp, now I get a windows popup that says "Open File - Security Warning. Unknown Publisher. Do you want to open this file?" And I have to "Open" in order to continue.
If I just double an mp3 in Windows File Explorer, it opens in winamp just fine.
I've been using mp3tag for a couple years, never had this issue until this week. This is really annoying since this happens every time. I did a little research on this and I think this popup warning is actually related to IE6 (I can't upgrade because it's corporate computer). Not sure why this would be triggering IE6 settings though.
Any one have a solution? This is driving me crazy!

Is this problem only related to files which were downloaded from the internet?

It turns out that some of my mp3 files have a special windows property that causes this. If I look at the file properties, I see: "Security: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." There is a button "Unblock" that I can click. If I click Unblock, then I can Play the files from mp3tag through winamp without the popup dialog.
I guess it's some feature of Windows XP firewall or something. Very weird. Also strange that I can open the same file with winamp without the popup, but doesn't work through mp3tag. Well, I guess I have a workaround for now, but it'd be nice to avoid this altogether with mp3tag if possible.
