# Seperating Vorbis Comments and ID3v1 & v2

Is there any risk of writing ID3v1 & v2 tags onto your FLAC files using the default settings?

Mp3tag only supports Vorbis Comments for FLAC files, as they are the only tag format specified for FLAC.
