# Some MP3 files corrupt after updating tags

Hi,
After updating the MP3 tags on my computer, some of my files are corrupt (\*) ... (9 files on a total of 2300). It isn't a disaster because I have a backup. I've also tried to reconstruct the bug with the backup files but negative, the second time everything was fine ... a coincidence? Windows issue?
I use version 2.42
- The filesize is the same as the backup files, but all the tags / media information is gone, if I try to play them (Winamp, KMplayer, ...) the length is 0:00 ...
_Note: I use Windows XP SP3, so it has nothing to do with [this bug](http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a754008b-d574-4e39-b4ba-67b859a242b7&displaylang=en) on Windows 7, I have not even Windows 7_
