Split Filename to Title and Artist via Separator

Requesting help to Split Filenames to Title and Artist via "-" separator:
From Filename:
Aaliyah - At Your Best (You Are Love)
Angela Bofill - This Time I'll Be Sweeter
Barbra Streisand & Neil Diamond - You Don't Bring Me Flower Anymore
What I want to achieve....
The "Angela Bofill" will be copied in Artist and the "This Time I'll be Sweeter" will be copied in Title.... using the "-" separator.
