Strip all accents from accented characters

Is there a way to strip all accents from accented characters (for example: à, è, ì, ò, ù, À, È, Ì, Ò, Ù = a, e, i, o, u A, E, I, O, U)

Not automatically for ALL accented characters, but for the ones you define:

Replace special characters (á -> a, ç -> c) from tags when naming the file
