You can do this with Mp3tag actions:  
[/t/967/1](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/1)

_Action type:_ **Replace with regular expressions**  
_Field:_ **TITLE**  
_Regular expression:_ **.{9}$**  
_Replace matches with:_

[] case-sensitive comparison
