Swap Album and Artist Tags

I want to swap Artist and Album Tags for selected files.
I can do this by
Copy Artist to Comments
Copy Album to Artist
Copy Comments to Album

Is there a quicker way to all this in one go?
Can I create a 'Multiple Convert Action' ?
