Yep! i'm reading through all the HowTos it's in Actions and batch operations, scroll up a little and you'll see "How to swap the contents of 2 tag fields?". I suggest bookmarking them and make a notepad with all the strings for all of them that you want to use with instructions in there, that's what i'm doing being a newbie.
