# Syntax Format

Can you say exist any ISO standards or may be another for Syntax, I mean for example:  
Panic! At **the** Disco - Lying Is **the** Most Fun **a** Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off  
Panic! At **The** Disco - Lying Is **The** Most Fun **A** Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off  
As understand "the" "a" and may be etc. writeln with small letter, but I want to find the exact rules for that.
