# Tag source lookup not working 12002

hi,
i'm trying the rag source in mp3tag 3.29 and and everyone i look under i'm getting the following error see screenshot. i have try this with and withiut the tag panel enabled. so where is the problem? using winodows 11 64bit Dp

If you get an "operation timeout out" error, the first I would try is to

[LyricsLover](https://community.mp3tag.de/u/LyricsLover) Thank You for how and where to change the timeout option. [ohrenkino](https://community.mp3tag.de/u/ohrenkino) thabks as well and you should exolain to fix problems like LyricsLover does simple, Good Day All.

You should follow the forum [guidelines in the support section](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/hints-for-asking-support-requests/56190) and use the search function before you post.
That would make a lot of my replies for you completely superfluous.
