# Tagged everything but does not reflect in ITunes / else

I have successfully retagged every artist and album and more and found covers fir a big library.  
The changes do reflect in tags shown in my windows explorer.  
However, in ITUnes and another library I use, it is still the same mess.  
I saw I can change some settings with CTrl+O / tags but do not understand much there.  
What should I do?
