# Tags ARE Showing in Win7 but NOT showing in MP3Tag

As the topic says. The tags are clearly there but they arent showing in MP3Tag or Itunes?
Any ideas why?
I have searched but all i find is the opposite.

Try to get them as unified as possible - and take V2.3 as standard.
APE overrules all MP3 tags so that the result may not be as you intend it to be.
V2.4 tags are not digested by Windows Explorer in Windows 7.
Also check your settings in MP3tag in File \> Options: make sure that you read and write MP3 tags (and not APE).
