# Tags from folder name

Hi

We have a load of MP3 files in a folder structure where the album and artist name is in the folder name, and the filename is just the track name and number. Like this;

artist - album\name - tracknum.mp3

I know that mp3tag can use the folder name as a variable for tags, but is it possible for it to take aspects of the folder name?

So, everything before the hyphen on the folder name is the artist. Everything after the hyphen on the folder name is the album?

Is that possible?
