I have used the program for almost a year for my iTunes, everything was fine. I used the program to add explicit tags.

I had to reset my laptop recently and now when I try to add the tags, it not longer works.

Any help?

See File\>Options\>Tags\>Mpeg and see what you read, write and delete with special attention to APE tags.

The select one of the files that you want to modify and press Alt-T to open the extended tags dialogue
Check the dialogue title to see if it says "APE" somewhere.
It could be that you read tags that are not filled or that you write tags but you do not read them.
