3 things to check:

  • What kind of music-files are yours? (MP3s, Waves?... )

  • Could it be that the path including the filename of the musi-files exceeds the common windows-limitation of 256 characters?

  • Can you write tags to the files?

Could it be that you wrote an (invisible) space after %setsubtitle%?
