# The Mp3 Tag won't save any changes

Where do you get a blank screen?  
In Mp3tag View -\> Extended Tags?  
Or in Windows File Explorer?  
Or in any other 3rd party player software?

A [screenshot](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/hints-for-asking-support-requests/56190#use-screenshots-to-exemplify-the-issue-2) would help in such cases.
