Hello all experts out there!

I want to number my audiobook files like "track number X" of "total number of tracks"

For example: I have an audiobook with 100 files and I have numberd the track field 001 to 100 already. Now I want my "title" field look like 1 of 100, 2 of 100, ......

Can I get any funktion tht will count the total number of tracks and then put that number in the Title-field so it looks like \<1 of "total number of tracks"\> ??

If you have you files tagged with tracknumbers in 1/100, 2/100, ... format (you can use the Autonumbering wizard Ctrl+K for that), you can use a ![:mt_act:](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/1X/318aa654f7a0c7c178d869991f6e8680b214cfc0.png ":mt\_act:") [new action](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/1) Format value with a formatstring like

```
$num(%track%,1) of %_total%
```

</div>

You can also use the formatstring $num(%track%,1) of %\_total\_files%
with the current [Development Build](http://developer.mp3tag.de).

Now I have tried to do like that. I doesn´t work ☹

My track numers become like "22 of 0"
the value %\_total% or %\_total\_files% doesn´t seem to count the total number of tracks.

Any more suggestions? It worked half the way so the second half is coming soon, I hope 🙂

Did you try with the current development build as Florian said? Your profile still says 2.33.

Edit: By the way, %\_total% works only if you have the tracknumbers in a format like "1/50".
