# tracks not sorted after number

I've had a few flac files which wont sort after track# in the mp3tag window and no matter what I do they still wont sort but retain original positions. I have checked in win xp "Properties" and the track# is there and correct on all places (ie tabs "Audioshell" etc). No id3 tags  
I have chosen to have all my music numbered i 2 digit format.

Are you sorting the files by clicking on the Track column header?

It's when I open a folder some (a few!) consistently wont sort in trackorder. No matter what I do. They will, however, sort when clicking the column header.

Just have a look at which column has the sorting arrow symbol on start up. Your files will be sorted according this columns sorting key (see Sort by at View \> Columns).
