A quick test shows:
Traktor Pro v3.10 writes the catalog number only in a non-readable format into a **mp3** file.
Traktor Pro v3.10 writes the catalog number as a standard tag CATALOGNUMBER in a **m4a** file:

Then I repeated my test from [here](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/decoding-the-traktor-4-binary-data-inside-a-priv-tag/54352) and it is still valid vor Traktor Pro v3.10:
Traktor writes the catalog number only in a proprietary (not public known) format into mp3 files:

There is nothing you can do other then ask Native Instruments, why they use that prorietary format instead of the widely support standard tags.
