# Troubles with connectivity to both MusicBrainz and Bandcamp

The timeouts you're experiencing are different from the mentioned MusicBrainz 503 responses (which indicate a Service Unavailable error).

Have you tried increasing the timeout at **File → Options → Networking**?

Also, please make sure you're using the latest [Bandcamp Tag Source](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/ws-bandcamp-search-by-url/17838/80) where you search by pasting a Bandcamp URL.
