# Troubles with Musicbrainz

Hello,

I don't know if cause of new version (3.36.1) or they have problems but I have more

and more troubles in connecting with Musicbrainz db.

The msg.: Error connecting to server: [musicbrainz.org](http://musicbrainz.org) \> 503:Service Temporary Unavailable

Did anyone get the the same error regularly ?

This means that the MusicBrainz servers were unable to handle your request. It's because either their server is down or overloaded, much in line of the recent communication around this:

> Our search servers are aging and overloaded. We are working on migrating to better ones but right now you will indeed see more 503 errors on API searches than usual, sorry. @Zas can probably give more precise information.

I'm affected by this myself, and retrying the search often produces a result for me (albeit not really putting the load from their servers).
