Unable to save with just a cover change in v3.32

Hi All, Trying to save mp3 with cover art but i get error Cannot write file. Do you want to retry, when i click yes, it does not save and the same message keeps on appearing. V3.32. The image is JPG. I also tried copying a cover from another file and selecting the paste cover option but i get the same error.
