# Unknown album

Greetings from a newbie.  
I have a problem with tagging. No matter what I do, I have a selection of 4 files that when in my mp3 player ALWAYS show up as "unknown album". Worst part is, this is an audio book and I need the files in the proper folder/album. Tags are correct. I have tried to re-encode the files, etc, but no avail. Any suggestions?

You can try to save the tags again using different settings. See this topic for more information.
