# Unknown Comments Showing Up in Winamp but not mp3tag

Hi, I have an mp3 file that has a "comment" that looks like this:  
1+C8632FF8CDF224D72A7C755584B9CD64+2648963

I thought at first it was an Itunes comment but when I brought it into mp3tag nothing was showing up. My question is what type of comment is this? And how do I get it to show up in mp3tag?

The comment shows up in winamp in the ID3v2 Tag Section. File is MPEG 1.0 Layer

That should also be an iTunes comment, like in this thread of you:
