# Visibility of Tag values

In a limited number of mp3 files: after inserting values in tags fields, like Artist, the value, visible in MP3TAG, proves to stay unvisible in Windows Explorer. Why and what to do?

You're probably using ID3v2.4 under Options \> Tags \> Mpeg \> Write. Try ID3v2.3 with UTF-16.
