# When you start typing and no file is selected

Is there a way to save if you start typing with no files selected? This always happens to me. And then I have to re-type everything. MP3Tag should disable the fields if no file is selected.

Ahh Thanks! I see that option "Select files automatically" do select all files on load.
This wording is a bit vague though. Could be "Select all files on start" don't you think?
Anyway, I still don't see a reason you can type on the panel when nothing is selected.
