# Where do I find MSVCP60.DLL now?

Grettings!
I've been an avid user of mp3tag and love it! So when I recently went to a Mac (G4) and couldn't find a mp3 tag editor that compared, I had to download iEmulator and get a working Windows environment so I could continue to use mp3tag. I choose to go with a Win 98 OS, thinking it would be the fastest OS, but that meant I needed to go with an earlier version, which is 2.32a and therefore need to also have the MSVCP60.DLL which during the install asks if I want to go download it (very cool) but then the resulting web page errors out and doesn't find it. I tried searching for it but what I found and put in my system folder mp3tag claimed was corrupt.
So my real question is, where can a guy find a good copy of MSVCP60.DLL?

PS. The other option I do have is to use Windows 2000 OS and the newest version, but I'm concerned about speed.
