The filename to filename converter doesn't exist (yet?) in Mp3tag for Mac. I wasn't sure if it's used that much at all.

Do you maybe have a common use case for that, where I can suggest an alternative solution?

I use it for example when all my files are 'artist - title' to artist - title (live) or artist - title (instrumental) or to reverse title - artist to artist - title

Do you have not filled these tagfields:
ARTIST
TITLE

If they are filled you can just rename the filename based on tags:

> [@Rename Files and Import Tags from Files](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/rename-files-and-import-tags-from-files/51720):
>
> Mp3tag provides a variety of possibilities to get tag information from parts of the filename or to rename files based on the information stored in the tag of a file. The base concept behind all converters in Mp3tag is the format string, which describes a pattern or template of a filename. A format string consists of any characters and predefined placeholders or scripting functions. Every placeholder begins with the percent sign %, followed by a tag field name and ends with the percent sign. …

As far I can see from your screenshots the only reason you need to fiddle with the filename is, that you partly have information in the filename that does not occur in your tags. (Radio Edit, Instrumental ...) The best way is to fill tags with these content.

Then you can use _Convert → Tag - Filename_ and don't need _Convert → Filename - Filename_.

An alternative would be Convert\>Tag-Filename with
Format string: %\_filename% (Instrumental)

The other examples look to me like completely editted filenames with no real overall pattern.
Or you could use Convert\>Tag-Filename again with
Format string: `ANTONIO VIVALDI - %title%`

</div>

Is the reversal a common pattern? Or does it apply only to Antonio Vivaldi?
Or in earnest: how many files are there that need this kind of treatment?
If it is just 1 artist, my suggestion with the typed in name is still the fastest way.

To swap parts, use Convert\>Tag-Filename
Format string: `$regexp(%_filename%,(.*) (.*) - (.*),$2 $1 - $3)`
