It’s a little difficult in this case. Normally (but not in this case), there is a dedicated message at the end of the topic indicating when and by whom the topic has been closed.
For this topic, you can only see it by the lock symbol in front of the topic title.

It looks like @LyricsLover decided to remove that message, probably with good intentions to keep the post clean and tidy — which didn't work out as intended in this particular case.
I've restored the message, and I think we can leave it as is now.

No, but members with trust level 4 can.
