I installed MP3TAG on my Surface Pro 11 from the store. There is nothing in the file explorer context menu. Any hints how to add MP3TAG so it shows up with music folders? Thank you

I've just released Mp3tag v3.29a which comes with an ARM64 Explorer context-menu extension.

AFAIK, this would require an ARM-based shell extension, which doesn't exist yet.

The linked workaround refers to the standard installation and you seem to have installed via the Windows Store. I doubt it works anyway, so better leave it at this.

Still no full support for Windows-on-ARM64. It runs nice in emulation mode but lacks integration in explorer's context menu
