Which MP3tag version do you use?
3.11d has among others this fix:
FIX: remembered dialog sizes resulted in dialog contents partly invisible in certain situations. ([#55129](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/55129))

Not Sure, this is all I could find about the version. However, I click the 'Check for Update" and it does NOT find any available. (See screenshot)

Yeah - 3.11d is in beta.
Anyway: you could have downloaded that newer version as apparently your observation has already been addressed. Please check again.
