# WMP11 putting half my songs in other

I have all my mp3's saved in MP3TAG perfectly, but when I add them to the WMP library it puts half of them in the OTHER or "unknow album" list with no tag information. I have all the tag fields correct in MP3TAG and I have it set to write ID3v1 and v2.3 UTF-16. I also highlighted all the tags and resaved them after choosing these settings.
This is driving me crazy. If I open them up in Windows explorer I can see all the tag information.
