Waren die nicht in Datei/Optionen/Genres oder sind die in der x64-Version nicht drin?
Wie kann ich wieder eigene Genres anlegen?

Wo die Einstellmöglichkeiten für Genre sind, steht eigentlich in den Anmerkungen zu 3.20:

Diese Antwort habe ich leider nicht verstanden.
Ich will nicht das Tag Panel, sondern die Genre-Daten bearbeiten und dort Einträge löschen, ändern und hinzufügen. Dafür gab es die Möglichkeit in Datei|Optionen|Genres...

Könntest du sagen, was du an der verlinkten Antwort nicht verstanden hast?
Denn da gibt es sogar ein animiertes GIF, was jetzt zeigt, wie man benutzerdefinierte Listen nicht nur für GENRE anlegen kann.
Und auf die Genres wird extra in diesem Abschnitt Bezug genommen:

Sinnvoller wäre sicherlich die schlichte Information gewesen, dass sich eigene Genres nun unter Datei | Optionen | Tag-Panel und dort mit "&Genre" ... "Tag-Feld bearbeiten ... Benutzerdefinierte Listeneinträge: Verwalten" hinzufügen lassen. Ich hatte die Rel.Notes zwar gelesen, aber dort nach "option" und "genre" gesucht...
Zu meiner Schande muss ich gestehen, dass ich nach zehn Augenoperationen keine Animationen in Minigröße mehr erkennen kann. 🧐

Ich finde einen Satz in der Änderungshistorie, der beide Begriffe recht dicht beieinander zeigt:
[2023-03-09] CHG: consolidated user-defined genres to be also implemented via Tag Panel custom list values and retired Options \> Genres.
