Just press the New-Button in the "Customize toolbar..." popup window and choose the "Separator" entry:
(from the same place where you add a single Action, Tool or Web Source Script)
You can add as many separators as you need.
Then you can move this new separator to the left or to the right in your toolbar with the Move up or Move down buttons.
