Rename the file e. g. "export.mte.txt" and it should be allowed to upload the file.

This does not make a difference.
How can I contact the administrator for this forum to fix this?

Both simple cases work, see yourself:
[Test\_fo\_uploading\_MTE\_file\_into\_forum\_message.mte](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/2X/f/f46c0fb63df40a916f5c3726f9d67cb5e709b995.mte) (28 Bytes)

But uploading a mte or txt file containing such wpl XML code is forbidden.

Use _code_ or _codebox_ tags around your export code.

Put it in a zip archive.

@Dano
This is the solution for both remarks at the bottom of my post.
Thanx.
