Phew, not a problem with my script. ![]()
Awesome, thanks for the fix!
While doing some research on a different issue, I've noticed that
Beatport by &stevehero v5.0#RELEASE Search by (Album)Artist + Release (Genre Tag Only).src
is referencing a non-existing include. Should be
Beatport by &stevehero v5.0_Release Search (Genre Tag Only).inc instead of
Beatport by &stevehero v5.0_Search Release (Genre Tag Only).inc
UPDATE HISTORY
** V5.22** 2022.10.04
- FIX: Mistake when pointing to an .inc file.
Thanks @Florian for pointing this out.
BIG thanks for this. I've been searching for something like this for years and It's helping me enormously. Can I ask if it's possible for the GUI to auto-arrange the tracks to be edited based on the most obvious order, typically matching the title of the tracks? It would be a fantastic feature if it could use some sort of logic to do this instead of blindly adding the files in (usually) numerical order (track number first)
Button on that UI. Click that and all shall be revealed. ![]()
Found it! Awesome, thanks!
As much as I love this... It could be better, at least for my situation. I organise all of my music by label which could make it really easy to search & tag files if this little gem of an app could search tracks / releases within a given label (publisher)
Hello! I am looking for a script that gets me the song keys for the songs I select, so that I than can have the KEY being written as part of the filename. Which of the scripts can I use and what are the steps if I have one MP3 selected in MP3tagand what, if I have multiple selected, f.e. a directory (artist or album).
Did you have a look at the documentation?
two simple questions:
-
it is possible, or it would be possible to implement this thing. In the first screen where the [IndexFormat] tables are, wouldn't it be possible to view the cover directly there?
Many times the same songs (disco house) have the same title, but being part of compilations (and not of the single song), they have different covers from that of the single.
By viewing the cover art on the first screen (as well as the second screen), it's often quicker to locate the right song . -
by selecting multiple different files is it possible to insert tags for each file (separately)? I try but then it assigns me the same TAG to all the songs.
Probably this question has already been solved, but I couldn't find anything about it.
I would like to serch beatport with a specific catalog #.
But I can't find a script which enables me to do so, am I missing something?
You cannot search cat nos.
Unfortunately, seems like bp is changed...
No track length at first page anymore.
Is it just missing? Is it getting all the other info? I'll try get a look at it soon.
It has almost all info at the BP release page, but search option per filename or ID doesn't work anymore. I use these always.
Nothing can be done, BP made changes to its programming
Yep, Beatport just made significant site changes and the source scripts are now inoperable. ![]()
Why, html source still seems to contain the info?

At least they've fix the horribly slow search. Took long enough.
Every method of search, including with direct URL to an existing release page, now yields the same error: "Sorry, no entries are matching your search criteria." (V5.22)
