A web source to extract infomation from [kuwo.cn](http://kuwo.cn), a Chinese music platform. I don't see any of scripts of Chinese platforms work now, so it'll be good for Chinese users. It now works on my Mp3tag v3.20.

The connection seems to be unstable from my experience, so try a few times if it does not work.
