2025-04-22 - Update v2.30

- NEW: The additional column "Disambiguation" (2) is now displayed in the search result
- ADD: Included the possibility to search by [Album-Artist + Album](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/ws-musicbrainz-expanded/55909/42) from @make-nz  
(thanks for the permission to redistribute it!)
- FIX: DISCNUMBER 1/1 settings should now be correctly respected
