# \[X\] Album art not displayed

Play an mp3 without album art in Windows Media Player.
From Library view invoke 'Advaced tag info' and add Album art .
Now open the same mp3 in mp3tag.
expected outcome
Albumart should be shown
Actual outcome
No album art shown

I checked it and WMP simply does not save the cover in the tag. It's stored in the same folder as Folder.jpg
If you check 'Advaced tag info' again, the cover is gone.
Mp3tag can also show external images if _Options \> Tags, [] Don't display first image from file directory as cover art_
is deactivated.
