# \[X\] Can't write NewLine character in Comment

I like to write newline characters ascii 10 + ascii 13 in comment (in id3v2.3 iso-8859-1), but Mp3tag v2.37 write only ascii 10 character. But look like as it were write both characters...

A newline can be made up of $0A or $0D +$0A or $0D
Id3v2 standard says, a newline in ISO-8859-1 should only consist of $0A

A newline char $0D can't be write in UTF-16. UTF-16 standart says that a newline should only consist $0A too?
