# \[X\] Copy and Paste

Hi, I cannot copy and paste into any field in verson 259a. In the previous version i managed to do that just fine. I am using windows 8.1 professional with update. Pease advise?l

Do you execute MP3tag with the same account under which you installed it?  
Do you have sufficient access rights to modify the files?

I only have one account and that is my own personal one with complete administrator priveleges. For some reason with this new update, the copy and paste function has stopped working ☹

Try this:  
Stop Mp3tag  
rename the mp3tag.cfg file  
start Mp3tag.  
Perhaps the cfg-file got corrupted and the shortcuts are not there any more.  
If this does not help, rename the mp3tag.cfg file again to its original name so that you keep your settings.
