If I search for Live '92-'97, nothing is found, but if I searchf or Live 92-97, Live '92-'97 is found.

Using '92-'97 as search string returns some results. Must have been a temporary error on the freedb side.

Agreed, and (though that's not the problem I'm reporting) I see it includes false matches.

I think not - it has failed every time I tried since, including today.
