# \[X\] Playlist in Unicode

I have no problem creating m3u playlist files made up of alphanumeric directory and/or mp3 file names.
However, although MP3TAG works with unicode characters in reading and writing filenames and meta tags, it is rather very strange that unicode does not seem to be supported in creating playlist files (m3u8 files) made of non-alphabetic (Chinese) characters; these are converted to ???.
Am I doing something wrong?

Mp3tag makes m3u playlists not m3u8
