# \[X\] strange character in Tag

I am using v2.38, interface : Traditional Chinese.
I play the mp3 by winamp 2.9
When I tried to use MP3Tag to edit tag ID3 by Traditional Chinese, the program will edit both ID3v1 and ID3v2 by default. Then problem happens, after editing, the Chinese characters in ID3v1 are fine, but the Chinese characters in ID3v2 are turned into strange symbols.
On the other hand, after I tried to use Winamp 2.9 to edit tag ID3v2 by Traditional Chinese, v2.38 cannot recognize the Traditional Chinese characters.

Mp3tag can save chinese only in unicode encoding.
Winamp 2.9 can't read that. You need Winamp 5.3
