# \[X\] v2.38 Not Compatable with Mp3Gain

v2.38 is not capable of reading or editing id3 tags after Mp3Gain has been applied.
Deleting id3 tags with v2.38 also deletes the Mp3Gain tag. This doesn't happen if the tag is deleted with other apps such as Winamp.

Just disable reading of APEv2 tags at Options \> Tags \> Mpeg (MP3Gain is adding undo data in APEv2 tags).
