I've just released bandcamp v0.4.8, that supports track numbers with leading zeros and total track count in the format 04/12. This can be set up with new configuration settings.
Furthermore the script extracts bandcamp urls into a custom tag field COMMENT URL, if there are any links to other bandcamp web pages included in the web source of an album or a track.
