Action for renaming the album directory as "artist - album" fails. I reverted to 3.25 and it works

Can you please provide a full bug description with Windows version used, orginal file and folder names, and actions used to trigger this issue.

It works here, so I need more input.

I have also received some reports about it via email and I think I have fixed the problem with Mp3tag v3.25b.
