Mp3tag can't see artwork from ogg files

i have some ogg files 320 but mp3tag can't see artwork. also ffmpeg can’t see or extract.
but another editor, Tag&Rename see artwork, like also kid3, foobar2000, and i can play on AIMP with full artwork

so, how to see artwork on mp3tag ? i need to select all tag from a list of ogg files and copy into same files but m4a (converted) and i do that, but missing artwork

here ogg file for test

The cover art in your 33.ogg file seems to be embedded in the field COVERART:

Windows 11 File Explorer display it as

(The "traffic cone" in the lower right corner comes from VLC, my associated software player).
However, I don't know how to "convert" the COVERART content into a standard embedded cover picture that would be displayed in Mp3tag.

Mp3tag never supported the unofficial and long deprecated COVERART field for Ogg Vorbis.

Maybe you can use one of the tools you've listed to convert the embedded cover to an official METADATA_BLOCK_PICTURE?

foobar2000 see artwork and convert ogg to others format, with various encoder loaded from pc (fdk, qaac and others). nice one. just sad wonderful software like mp3tag can’t see that. hope maybe on future next version this function can be implemented, as foobar2000 do.

also foobar200 can export coverart as file jpg, but only one file at a time, not work on batch

I'll most likely add support for reading the COVERART field. This way, it would be possible to just save the file to write the cover as METADATA_BLOCK_PICTURE.

oh nice news. however i’ve solved my trouble: Tag&rename see the COVERART field but on paste work just for the first file.

instead with Paste tag to all selected files all tags are pasted correctly. and this solve my question. hope mp3tag add this feature too. cheers

I've added support for reading cover art from the deprecated field COVERART in Ogg Vorbis files with Mp3tag v3.32a.

I don't know how many files that are using this field are still in circulation (or if this file was the last of its kind), but rewriting now converts it to the recommended METADATA_BLOCK_PICTURE.

wonderful. now also mp3tag see cover from ogg files. thanks for your support. all the best
