Action prompt & Preview needed

Guys,

  1. Action prompt.
    Action should ask for a confirmation to avoid unwanted usage of action.

  2. Action preview.
    A preview of action result would be nice too.
    Just imagine you want to rename all folders and you make a mistake. Plenty of new folders can be created in a sec and plenty of hours would be needed to return to previous state.

I don't agree. Unless you want to make it an option, which I don't think is particularly necessary.
